Avoid

Avoid ! Bought a top from riverisland in Meadowhall and the day I wore it the buttons came off ! I don’t have a local store to return it to so emailed and went on chat and both said tough I have to return it to store ! They charge a fortune for cheap materials ! Will never buy from there again ! Also messaged on fb 10 times and still no reply ! Absolute terrible customer service ! Don’t waste your money here

They take your money and never deliver and then you have no way other than Email of getting in contact with them and they don’t reply ! In the process of reporting this company but do not give them your money !

To say this is a 'Prestige Car Garage'…

To say this is a 'Prestige Car Garage' the customer service is pretty poor. The complimentary wash is a joke and when brought to Danielle's attention how dissatisfied we were she responded to offer a free wash ( a simple job should have been done correctly the first time ) and then didn't reply. When my Partner called he was dealt with by a rude lady who said she would have someone call him back and didn't. I wont be spending my money here again . If they cant wash a car properly or return a call then i don't have faith in other areas.

Just returned from a holiday of a lifetime. Contacted Jack in jan and within the hour we’d booked MSC world Europa . Jack made everything so easy and hassle free and was always on hand for any questions .Can’t thank him enough and we wouldn’t use anyone else . Thanks for a brilliant holiday love Aimee & Dom

Did a px last week on my car for a car…

Did a px last week on my car for a car here and from the minute i called the service was exceptional. Richard H originally dealt with us and he just got on with it and called us to say come get the car it was so hassle free compared to other garages I've previously used . upon arrival we were dealt with Tim & Adam and they were so professional and helpful and just a breathe of fresh air. thank you so much everyone at Auto 100 for making a sometimes stressful situation so easy .

Only giving 1 star as zero isn't a…

Only giving 1 star as zero isn't a option, emailed requesting quote and a lady called Olivia replied , i then emailed a further 3 times requesting to make the booking and left a voicemail and nothing. not once has anyone had the courtesy to get back in contact . after reading the reviews i must say it appears I've dodged a bullet. Terrible service

Yes sorry we were slow to respond. As I kindly explained to you already. Boris changing the lockdown easing has made us very busy rearranging bookings. Added to this we currently have a new member of staff dealing with emails. So response time was admittedly a bit slow.

I am sorry you feel the need to leave a review like this. As your booking is still 7 weeks away and we have already said we would be happy to book it in for you?
