Staff Language

Hello,

I'm very happy with AXA overall service, the only thing I'd like to see improve is the Staff who's native language is not English. I believe their pronunciation should be improved. I sense this might hinder the communication process during a phone call.

Excellent Customer Service

My previous experiences were always very positive, This time I had a small issue and it was handled amicably and professionally by William Franklin. Communication avenues were always open and I received prompt responses and the outcome was to my satisfaction.
I highly recommend Icons, Authentic stuff and very unique memorabilia. Will definitely be back again to purchase more stuff.

Disappointed

Products as usual are great and authentic, however customer service is bad. I asked for the products to be shipped in 2 tubes as they were gifts and I even sent an email with my order number minutes after I placed the order . But they did not and the representative Marie was not very helpful and she did not take the extra mile to offer a solution. She replied to the email but I can sense she’s not very friendly although I bough so many items from them throughout the years in thousands of pounds.

We are very sorry that you are not happy with the customer service you were provided.

Unfortunately we cannot split shipments and pack in multiple pieces when only one shipping fee has been paid.

If you require multiple shipments and split shipments/packaging please order across multiple orders.
