Very poor customer service...seemed willing to help because their vehicle scratched my car...but help went out of the window when asked to pay!

Great service...I took the car in..they took me to the town centre and brought me back later.
Everything was done for a B Service and l got a video report whilst car was being done.

I have had great service for the past two years but there is no incentive to stay when their prices are higher than others and they can’t offer anything different.

There is nothing too much trouble for the customer service team..very friendly and helpful. I also had a very good experience of Smart meter install...
