Really poor company. Ordered Valentine’s flowers, roses and a card, the card arrived 3 days early which was fine, the flowers arrived the day before Valentine’s nearly dead, and the Teddy bear I ordered never arrived at all. Contacted customer services Saturday who never got back to me until 4 days later (yesterday, by which time the flowers had been thrown away). Was told they couldn’t do anything about the flowers without photographic evidence which I didn’t have, and they advised they would not take my word for it. They advised they would find out when the teddy bear was being delivered and get back to me, I told them to forget it and asked for a refund for the teddy. I normally use inter-flora or serenata flowers for Valentine’s flowers, and I definitely will again next year and I will never use funky pigeon again, not even for a card, I’ll use Moonpig instead and I suggest you do to.

Good service, every thing was explained fully the the customer services team who were really polite, and the item I ordered was delivered the day after I ordered it.

Excellent company. This company went above and beyond to help get me a secured loan, even though I’d been turned down by several other brokers and lenders. Sammie Lunn who we dealt with was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful and friendly, everything was explained throughout every step of the process, and she was always there to help or give advice. I really can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Sammie and the loan partnership company as a whole. I would highly recommend this company.

I received an email from customer services stating they apologise but the tracksuit I ordered was out of stock and to contact them for a resolution. Called the number on the email, was picked up straight away, customer services where really apologetic and helpful, offered an extra 40% off another tracksuit that was reduced already in the sale. They then called me back to say the item was picked and the agent had the tracksuit in her had, and would gift wrap it for me and send it next day delivery. Two days later the tracksuit was received beautifully gift wrapped, and the tracksuit was gorgeous and excellent value for money because I ended up getting nearly £100 off. Overall I am really happy and the customer service operative I have spoken to was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would but from them again.

I think Bet victor are a very shady company, sent me an email offering a special offer for new customers, then changed their mind, saying I already had an account, when I never, wouldn’t even show me proof. I wouldn’t use this company again, will stick to a more reputable online bookie in future
