Than other site reselling at higher cost

There’s a website: fajascolombianas,com that is selling this product at a higher cost plus shipping. I was duped when I received the package with this website on the package and saw the prices were lower on Mariae’s website. Otherwise, seems like good quality. I haven’t used it yet until post pardon but it feels better than other brands I’ve bought.

Absolute SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

My personal experience is that my mother called me after dealing with them over the phone and she sent me their email conformation. I just received the email this company sent to my mother where she said she purchased Southwest Airlines tickets through. She gave them two credit cards and both were declined as the card companies sent her messages that these were fraud attempts. The caller told her the charge went through and proceeded to send her the email which I now have. Here's wording from their actual email
"Adult BaseFare $298.6
Adult Taxes $0" -Who charges Adult Taxes?

"Free baggage allowance provide to the passenger where is applicable by the airlines side" -grammatically incorrect.

"amendment Fee of GBP 50.00 " Not USD.
Office Address:Cheapoflyt Pty Ltd 67-04 Myrtle Ave #475 Glendale, NY 11385...."

They're located in NY but their times are that of overseas operations and they do not specify what that
current situation' is. Also, none of their social media buttons on their website work (Twitter, FB, Instagram, Pinterest) none of them.

**UPDATE**
We contacted Southwest Airlines. The rep stated my mom was overcharged $200 because Southwest (after her credits) was $98. The tickets ordered through This site, they charged my mom $298 and also did not include y dad's flight. Southwest warned that this was fraud. We have cancelled the cards and are working to get a refund/dispute the charges. Buyer Beware!!

Wow! As you can see, The company decides to respond over 6 months later to my review in hopes that I don’t provide specific information so TrustPilot could remove this review (per TrustPilot email that if I don’t respond, they will take down my review). So here’s my response. Who waits after six months to address an issue with their customers?

It's unfortunate that Vivint offers…

It's unfortunate that Vivint offers some very appealing equipment, yet highly unreliable. I have had so many issues within the last 3 months of having this equipment installed (doorbell camera replaced 3x, skybell panel once, glance panel 3x). Other than the very nice technicians that have come out to service the equipment, Vivint offers the most unreliable security service equipment that is also much more expensive than other security company. I stay home so I have been available to take on all these service visits, but for anyone who works, don't do it! You will lose so much money missing days from work just to accommodate the appointments they make rather than just taking back the system. Bruce and John installed the equipment and Bruce has been the repair technician the last two of the six tech visits within the last 90 days. He has been very professional each visit and is very knowledgeable of the equipment and systems Vivint offers. He conducts thorough checks and ensures the system is working to the best of its ability within his scope of work. I appreciate his courteousness and appreciation for excellent customer service. I would definitely hire a technician like him however, Vivint for a security company, I will never recommend to anyone who is looking for equipment that actually works
