Absolute SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
My personal experience is that my mother called me after dealing with them over the phone and she sent me their email conformation. I just received the email this company sent to my mother where she said she purchased Southwest Airlines tickets through. She gave them two credit cards and both were declined as the card companies sent her messages that these were fraud attempts. The caller told her the charge went through and proceeded to send her the email which I now have. Here's wording from their actual email
"Adult BaseFare $298.6
Adult Taxes $0" -Who charges Adult Taxes?
"Free baggage allowance provide to the passenger where is applicable by the airlines side" -grammatically incorrect.
"amendment Fee of GBP 50.00 " Not USD.

They're located in NY but their times are that of overseas operations and they do not specify what that
current situation' is. Also, none of their social media buttons on their website work (Twitter, FB, Instagram, Pinterest) none of them.
**UPDATE**
We contacted Southwest Airlines. The rep stated my mom was overcharged $200 because Southwest (after her credits) was $98. The tickets ordered through This site, they charged my mom $298 and also did not include y dad's flight. Southwest warned that this was fraud. We have cancelled the cards and are working to get a refund/dispute the charges. Buyer Beware!!

As you can see, The company decides to respond over 6 months later to my review in hopes that I don’t provide specific information so TrustPilot could remove this review (per TrustPilot email that if I don’t respond, they will take down my review). So here’s my response. Who waits after six months to address an issue with their customers?
