This item never arrived
This item never arrived, when I contacted them they refunded straight away with no mention of delays or returns so I don't think this product was ever sent. I'm greatful for my money back but really annoying

Great customer service :)
I ordered a climbing frame to be delivered as far north as they would go and then I got a courier to deliver it on the final leg of the journey. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful when trying to get organised and nothing was ever a problem. I would definately order from there again
