Following up on my previous review, now that I've received my order: it arrived a few days sooner than expected, and looks exactly how I was hoping it would look! The color of the mugs is just like the photos, and the printed graphic is incredibly legible. Super happy with this purchase, with the turnaround time, and with all the customer support. Thank you to James Garcia who helped me out!

Honestly, was shocked and amazed to actually get to speak to a real person on the phone (especially at 10:30pm) and talk through some questions I had about a custom order I was placing. I feel like it is so rare these days to get an actual human on the line! Anyway James was incredibly helpful, quickly did some back and forth with me via email to get the file dialed in, and helped get the order placed. I haven’t seen the finished product yet, but am very impressed with the front end customer service so far.

Artwork arrived promptly, was framed and matted beautifully. Would definitely purchase through Saatchi again!
