They said my KYC verification has expired. So, I re-submit the required documentation. One day later, they say that they didn't received the documentation yet and suspend my account. They don't response to messages I sent them. Meanwhile I had two transactions, sent from my bank account to my Plutus balance account. Both transactions have not arrived at my Plutus balance account yet. Without answering me where the money is, they closed the support ticket. In my opinion, they are stealing money. I am going to prepare a case with my lawyer.
