Sonnen is almost the most disappointing…
Sonnen is almost the most disappointing vendor partnership we have ever experienced in the last 43 years. They cannot even process a refund, take care of customers in a timely manner, or provide support for their own product from the engineering staff. Their sales people who are called Channel Sales - they cannot keep promises made or return phone calls in a timely manner. PEP Solar has been installing off-grid solar systems since 1978 so this is not our first time at the rodeo. AGAIN ZERO SERVICE BY SONNEN... Its a really unfortunate. Famous last words online from Sonnen, " Hi Sean, thank you for the information and patience. We will be getting back to you soon. " It appears Sonnen just is clueless about what service looks like. The most expensive batteries and the worst customer service imaginable in the battery industry. PEP Solar has started its legal escalation against Sonnen. It is an unfortunate turn of events with Sonnen.
