I have used Annuity Advantage for years for retirement planning. I have always received good recommendations and received the best interest rates available for my money. I did have one annuity go south and Annuity Advantage was very helpful in working with me to get my money back and into a new investments. For the most part, the recommendations have been good and they have stood by my investment strategy and helped through difficult times.

The guides were wonderful. The places we stayed and the food were exceptional. Every flight and transfer went smoothly with no glitches. Marci, our Vaya representative, did a great job helping us plan our trip to Ecuador once I told her where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We had a great adventure.

My order shipped and arrived sooner than expected. I ordered the covers for the wicker furniture I bought from Wicker Warehouse two years ago. Very pleased. Good quality items.

Do not rent with this company!!!
We had to take a bus to the rental car center and then find out NU car rental is not in the rental center. So then we had to wait for another bus. We arrived at NU car with only two customers ahead of us. 45 minutes later we were at the counter. We had been quoted this great price, but once we filled out the paperwork, the price was $100 more than quoted. Apparently, to get you to book with them, they do not add in taxes and fees like other companies. You think you are getting this great deal, but you're not.

It took the representative at the counter another 30 minutes to do the paper work. After 75 minutes (not counting the bus rides) we were finally ready to get our car. But, the car was not ready. There were four families standing outside waiting for cars. It was almost another hour before we got our car. They said they were washing it. After looking at the car, that was a little hard to believe. The car was dirty and it stunk. The rental car agency itself was dirty inside and the parking lot was very small. Car returns were piling up all over.

Our car was OK, albeit a bit old and scratched. However, there was another group there that had to be picked up along the road as their car broke down. That was not very comforting.

No real problems with the return, and there was a bus waiting. The rental center is literally across the street, which makes it perplexing as to the wait to pick us up. I would definitely steer away from this company. Very unprofessional.

Nice wicker furniture in general. I don't know how it will hold up. Once in awhile, I see a loose end of wicker sticking up or out and have just tucked it back in place. We had a rather large shipment, and two items were broken and a cushion was ripped. Wicker Warehouse sent replacements immediately. I thought the customer service was excellent when ordering and choosing colors, and when dealing with the broken items. Also a nice selection of wicker styles and colors.
