Chill, relaxed, own pace learning. No question too silly

Overall experience of the eye test was quick & friendly service, didn't have to wait long.

The Lady who "helped" me chose my glasses wasn't helpful and i found her "honest feedback" rude and not helpful chosing styles of glasses that wasnt me and saying things "like they make my face look big"
