TranslateSwift has been such a brilliant find. We have had all sorts of trouble with an Italian purchase, but by using TranslateSwift, we have been able to receive reliable, certified translations in a timely manner. All things that I value highly!

Other citation systems were recommended through my course. They were difficult to upload, were not intuitive to use and never seemed to consistently work the way that they were supposed to. Then I found Scribbr, which did everything I wanted without difficult uploads, is completely intuitive and (almost) always works. And I am learning more about all the great extras... Love it!

The products are good and convenient. The cancellation policy is rubbish. I cancelled because I was leaving the country and was told that was all fine. Then weeks later (when I am on the other side of the world) I am informed that my order is arriving and when I contacted them was given some rubbish excuse about me cancelling too late and that it can't be stopped. So disappointed.

I keep coming back to ME & EM because the quality is so good, heavy and luscious fabrics that skim my more unloved curves and make me look smooth. The stretch in their goods makes every second comfortable from the make-up-still-fresh morning to the remains of the day being scrubbed off at night.

Review of Teemill
In 2019 I made a big order (thousands of pounds) with Teemill and had a wonderful experience. I even planned to travel to the shop and meet the people I dealt with. But recently, I contacted them and wanted to do a small specific order for a client and had a completely different experience. I repeatedly asked for help and received responses that didn't address my query or show any concern for the fact that I was sent something that was clearly wrong. I can really see why other people on this have said that they feel that they aren't dealing with people on the other end. Very upsetting because I loved them so much the first time but this has been so upsetting that I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
Review of Balsam Hill UK
Ordered our tree nine days before Christmas. Received confirmation from Paypal of the payment stating that the vendor would be in touch. No confirmation turned up for the next four days. Followed up with Balsam Hill. After multiple emails we discovered that they had to authorise the payment through Paypal which they hadn't done and that I had missed the order cut-off time to re-order (I contacted them the first time less than 15 minutes after the cut-off). Super unhappy.

Review of GoDaddy
Dreadful experience. Negotiated a website build with the sales person with an animation on the front and a simple back-end. Paid my money, set up the meeting with the developer which lasted about 30 secs before they said 'we don't do that' and within a breath I was being thrown out the back door. THEN, after extended discussions about how I should be repaid I had to sit on the line for quarter of an hour to chase them up weeks later after the payments weren't repaid. The guy on the phone was clearly a little unhappy when I said that I wouldn't be confident of doing business with them again!
