Zero communication re incorrect order

I received an order for two pieces of plywood. One was cut to the incorrect size. That's fine - it happens, but it should be rectified swiftly. I contacted customer service on 1st May - via email as recommended on the website. It is now 29th May and I have had zero communication back other than the initial automated response. There's no telephone number for contacting the company. I've also filled in the contact form on the website - the other form of contact listed. Still nothing. I'm at a loss with what to do next. An acknowledgment of the issue with a time frame is all that's needed, but zero communication is what's resulted in this 1 star rating.

Really positive experience with…

Really positive experience with Sofology and in particular Kabir at the Enfield store. Kabir explained everything really clearly and helped guide us on decisions around our new sofa bed, which we are looking forward to arriving!

Superb service - we have already recommended to friends

Laurie Hayden and the team were absolutely fantastic at every step of the way. We are first time-buyers so the process was new to us, but Laurie was responsive to any queries we had, and took the time to explain everything to us well. Great service all-round and we have already recommended to friends.

Fantastic experience again

Fantastic experience again with Rivervale. Having finished a 3 year lease, which was my first experience of leasing, there was no doubt I’d be using Rivervale again for my second lease. Jordan Nailard in particular was great every step of the way, from initial discussions to the return of my old car and collection of the new one. He answered any questions I had straight away and I felt in complete control the whole way through. Thank you very much.

Best rental service I’ve used

Used Wiber for the first time in Alicante on the basis of other reviews and now used for the second time in Malaga. By far the best rental service I’ve used. The Smart key pick up saves so much time - just scan a bar code and the keys drop out. Return is also really quick and simple. Had a some queries about the car before pick up and about changing the return time when I had the car - all communication was great.

Fantastic, from initial contact to handover

Having never leased before, I wasn’t sure really how the process all worked. Jordan Nailard was there the whole way, helping me with any queries I had throughout. His attention to detail was fantastic and I never felt out of the loop at all. The handover was a particularly smooth process. I will definitely be back in 3 years time when my lease ends. Thanks Jordan and Rivervale.
