Helping me through the fog
2023 was tough for me and for the first time in my life I experienced real loss, compounded by the fact it was unexpected. A friend suggested taking HM Hormone Harmony after I explained the anxiety and uncontrollable upset I just couldn't get past. Taking this product wont remove my grief but within a day it helped me manage my feelings and I can honestly say I feel lighter in spirit and able to see the wood for the trees. Needless to say I'm in! and a subscriber!
