Parcel valuations should be considered for each customer so they don't get ripped off my Government import tax. I do that for every customer
Products/items are fine but don't like the way you value your items on the parcel when shipping and as a regular loyal customer would like you to consider each complete sale for each customer. We are hit hard in Australia when parcels are valued over $1000.00. I did send a couple of emails explaining this to you with no reply until after the parcel was sent, very poor customer service. I was $17.00 over that limit because of your item/s valuation and had to pay an extra $300.00 in GST and other fees. Also paying 15 pounds for a parcel up to 500g is okay but having to pay 35 pounds for just above that weight is way way over the top and unreasonable.
