I was waiting quite some time just to change my address and then there was a £61 increase (apparently £38 of this was for admin???- that is quite ahocking). I have moved from a mad busy main road to a quiet bungalow so having to pay more doesn't make any sense. My partner is with a different insurance company and the result there is a decrease (per month)
