After going bald on top by my mid-twenties, I've been looking at SMP for several years and I'm honestly so glad I finally took the plunge. I had a simple video consultation over WhatsApp, which covered what the treatment involved and how long it would take. After this, I made the decision to book in at the London clinic. I live in Cornwall so all the clinics are a bit of a trek for me, considering there are many people much closer who claim to be able to provide the treatment. I've seen some very bad work and I wanted to make sure I was going to get a professional result, so travelling to London and using Skalp was a no-brainer for me. I'm honestly completely bowled over by the result, which is subtle yet also totally transformational. When I catch sight of myself in a mirror or a reflection in a window I'm quickly reminded after almost 20 years that I've now got a hairline again!! Very few people have even noticed the treatment, other than saying that I'm looking "well" or that there's "something different", which is exactly what I wanted... rather than it being obvious I've basically had a tattoo on my head! It now looks like I've chosen to shave my head as a choice and I think it looks brilliant. A huge shout out and thank you to Vinny, who is an absolute artist and takes the time to give you the result you want - thank you mate!! Anyone even considering having this done should just book in with Skalp - you won't look back 💪🏼😀

Claimed they left my parcel in my front porch, which they couldn't possibly have done as I was in the front garden at the time of delivery. The driver must have been wearing his cloak of invisibility. I had to download their app to even find a photo of where they claim to have left it, only to be presented with an indecipherable blurry red image. I have no idea where they have left the parcel, if they even tried to deliver it at all.

Best price I could find on the Makita multi-tool by a fair bit. Received the following day by DPD with a 1-hour time window so very pleased! Will definitely use these guys again.

Have had my set of Procook Professional pans for the best part of 10 years. I cook every day and they still look as good as new. Recently bought a superb uncoated stainless steel frying pan, which I'm pleased to say has the same excellent build quality and solid weight (without being unwieldy) as my existing pans. The best bit... they all go in the dishwasher! Top marks guys! :-)

Ordered and fitted in a little over 24 hours. No waiting around at a garage either. Pretty happy with that!! Cheers guys.

Have been a member since summer 2017 and have paid almost £4,000 in membership fees as well as a number of meals in the cafe. A recent change of circumstances has forced me to cancel. David Lloyd are aware of the circumstances and yet still demand 3 month's notice at £130 per month. They are now saying that as prices will go up in January to £137.50 per month (which I wasn't told about until I tried to cancel) so even if I pay the full 3 month notice period now I'm still liable for the extra charges! You couldn't make it up. It seems that all they're interested in is profit and fleecing customers for as much money as they can.

It appears that other customers seem to share my views, which is actually quite refreshing. I beg anyone thinking of joining David Lloyd Clubs to think again. Just join another gym, even if it's further away from you - it's unlikely you'd regret it as much as I regret ever joining David Lloyd.
