Underwhelmed
I recently purchased three plants.
The delivery was late.
I received only one plant.
Have raised a query but have had no response.
The quality of the one plant I did receive was however very good and well packaged.

Late delivery of the wrong product. This happened twice. The staff did try to resolve it but the first delivery was over a month late (despite offering next day delivery).
