Got a fit to fly same day. Took test in person at 11am results back at 11.56pm so just within the window. I’d be happy to use again. A bit expensive compared to other providers but it was worth it to me for peace of mind. I think it would be useful to know if there is a cut off time for the same day service turnaround time.

Had a few panics about kits arriving on time and used messenger to chat to Nicia who was extremely quick at responding and helpful. I haven’t been through the process yet of using them so will review again once this has happened but certainly very happy with customer service to date.

Bought my daughters shoes at the Peterborough store and Our assistant was excellent, really friendly and efficient. Second purchase was at the Cambridge store and was just as pleased, Josh was efficient, friendly and helpful. Will happily shop with Schuh in the future.

Previous shoes had been bought in Office and we’d had a good experience so it was our first port of call. My daughter asked if she might be able to get student discount as she is in 6th form (we did say she didn’t have the app) and the lady said yes she could. Manager came along, undermined his colleague and said no. We left a virtually empty Office and went to a different shoe store. The girl who served us couldn’t have been lovelier. Plus exact same shoes were £5 cheaper and because they weren’t in stock she organised free next day delivery. In this day and age good customer service is what counts.

Always very confident when ordering from Superdrug. Their minimum spend for free delivery is really fair. I’ve had the occasional issue in the past but they’ve always sorted it out with no hassle. I can see why they get so much positive feedback on customer service.

Love River Island clothes, I feel a bit too old for some of the newer online retailers but too young for some of the more traditional ones so RI fills the gap. Delivery arrived when stated. Have given 4 stars because depending on style I find sizing can vary. Back in the old days you’d be able to try on in a store. Ordered my usual size in a few things, most were spot on but one was tiny and the other huge so had to return. Having never returned via the post was a bit concerned but everything was fine, very fast. I think their minimum spend for free delivery is quite high compared to other similar retailers (when it’s £65) but right now it’s only £15 which is brilliant.

I ordered two items separately, both arrived quickly. One was kept the other had to be returned, I’m a bit panicky about online returns but I returned on 4 Jan and the money was back in my account on 7 Jan.

Customer services were so helpful and patient. Amazing service. Thankyou
