Quality and comfort guaranteed, as a pensioner I wish they were cheaper but if I'm patient and wait for the sales there is always a limited number of size 3's I'm lucky to find and this time there were 2 pairs of ankle boots available in time for the coming winter.

Pedestrians are in danger on footpaths

Took a tumble whilst crossing tram lines to get to public pavement due to mud sitting at the edge of pavement, fell heavily and took brunt of fall on my arm, ruined a brand new coat in the process, and wrote to Bee Network as they are the trams I could see using the line in Ashton (ref 0224-CD4YV2-21036, they wrote back and said they were closing case as day to day matters are dealt with by Keolis Amey-Metrolink, a Ben Bevan (Metrolink email address) contacted me 28 Feb and asked for various info, I provided pics and proof of purchase, since then no response, chased him twice and no response (he never gave me a ref number or phone number) now 25 April !!!!

Site maintenance for pedestrians are dangerous

Not worth £ using them

Sent a package using next day by 1pm to Slough, guess what 2 days later package not delivered. Instead of putting up prices how about actually delivering goods as promised. I could have driven there and back same day!!!

Bad quality Kizmitt but Zeeke is lovely

Bit of a conflict with regards to recent order, bought another Kizmitt OTH to replace an older Kizmitt...new one is thinner and lighter in colour no way as thick a winter fleece as my current one, cheap nasty "fleece", certainly not PAYING to return it, I'll give it away.

Also bought Zeeke fleece which is lovely and thick and love the mineral red colour, good fit.

First time online shopper and last…

First time online shopper and last time.
Placed order for 3 items on 18th Dec, scheduled delivery 21st, 21st came and went and online status stuck at "Left warehouse - 20th Dec 13.34" ???
Rang up 2/3 times to find out what happened, 22nd no delivery made and system not updated so I asked them to cancel order, was told that they would investigate what had happened to my order and it would take up 14 days to refund me.
NOT MY FAULT THE GOODS NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR PREMISES, YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY, NOTHINGTO DO WITH ME. REFUND SHOULD BE MADE ASAP.
Not happy as I'm now out of money and nothing to show for it and can't afford to replace my order from anywhere else.
Now 24th and Next online site still doesn't show my order status as CANCELLED and I manually can't cancel the order.

Can it get any worse??,
Once again stupidly ordered an item of clothing and this time delivery schedule seemed reasonable (ordered 19th Dec / delivery 21st), 22nd delivery online still pending, tried the CHAT BOT and just wanted to shoot it as it asks for my details at least 3 times during the request for update, finally spoke to a HUMAN and they initially said order was in transit...after pushing as agreed delivery slot not met they rang store and said item was there and to await the confirmation email before collecting....waited till around 3pm and no email, I rang back and responded by cancelling my order as I've no intention of waiting another day for a flipping order I really didn't need (was treating myself and ended up with a pathetic experience again) sooner eat a lemon and get indigestion than wait all day for an email. Never going to use Sainsburys/ Argos, if they haven't got it in store I don't want it !!!
Delivery contract was broken and rubbish CHAT BOT.

Why is delivery 8 days if in stock?

Ordered TU blouse from Argos 19th and there was stock, yet estimated deliver is 28th.....why?
If in stock 2/3 day's is to be expected, surely stock is in UK not abroad.

What Customer Service?

Laptop ok but the service has a lot to be desired.
1. checked with person who dealt with the sale if we could have the 2 year Currys Repair/Service contract start at the END of the manufacture period so that we would have total of 3 years coverage - he said yes it would be OK. After checking the paperwork at home the next day I saw that he had started the Currys guarantee straight away, I rang and got it cancelled as it seems that they DON'T have a system to start after the Manufacture guarantee expires.
2. For a company selling technology they are behind the times in refunding customers, I now have to wait upto 28 days for a CHEQUE to be sent out (they say that it depends on the postal system LOL). As it is it has now been a week since I cancelled their repair contract and I have not received a refund.
3. There was a money off code when I was going to buy online which would have been £20 off when buying Microsoft 365 Personal in conjunction with specific hardware, unfortunately because their system was down I couldn't verify that it could be used with my laptop, so I went to the local Currys and hoped they could discount it there, NO. So I went online and chatted to a lovely lad who checked and verified that their system was down (I even had to give him the link to check) and I'd be advised when it was back online...nothing, so I checked Friday and system was back online, went back to the shop, but because I had activated the MS package they couldn't do anything... ring customer service.
After being bounced around by customer service for half an hour with no one taking ownership of the issues encountered (what a joke) I ended up with Retail who finally said that they had asked the accounts dept to deal with the issue of a refund/credit and gave me a reference # and told they would ring me back to get details, so far they haven't contacted me.
Customer service is a joke, sales staff are useless and the whole company belongs in the stone age (cheque indeed, I used my credit card they should have been able to credit the card for the Repair/Service contract £170 is not to be sniffed at).
As for some of the Customer service staff, if they want people on the phones helping people in the UK then they should use staff who's first language is English, I struggled trying to understand them and they constantly kept asking me to repeat my problem, try saying the same thing 5 times to diff people, it gets frustrating especially as she couldn't even type the postcode correctly and said my address didn't exist !!!

UPDATE : Customer service now dealt with money off issue and vouchers to be sent within 14 days.
But I was rather upset when a strange man was passed onto my personal mobile by Currys colleagues in error (I hope) and whilst quite upset at being bumped around their phone system was polite.
I asked your colleague dealing with the voucher issue..... later I had confirmation that the vouchers were being sent and HE acknowledged that there is an issue with Currys phone transfer system!!
How can my phone be on their transfer system database??? Very worrying as I expect personal data to be secure.

Rude and lazy driver

Got a doorbell but the driver obviously so busy with his phone didn't see it, I went to door when I realised someone was there (thanks to the dogs kicking off), guy stood there with package and I said hello, no response and didn't even make eye contact, he thrust package at me, swung round and walked out the gate, seems I have an invisible gate (even though he knew how to open it)...absolutely no attempt to close it. I understand that they can't hang around and are busy but SO RUDE AND HE DIDN'T EVEN CHECK THAT THE PACKAGE WAS FOR US!!!!

Don't bother paying extra for TNT courier service

Passport sorted once I sorted photo, the online picture system accepted my home taken pic yet I received email saying it wasn't suitable so cost me £9 extra.
My only complaint is that I paid £5 for courier service which turned out to be TNT, they DO NOT TRACK MAIL OR ADVISE ESTIMATED TIME IF DELIVERY (8am -8pm), website did not confirm when passport was delivered). Use the free postal service for passport return.

Waste of £5 opt to get passport standard post

Preliminary review, will update as and when my passport is delivered, some time today based on the text message received,
Why do TNT get paid for a "Tracking service" when clearly their online system does not track the number they provide, no webchat available either ??
I've paid £5 for the service and getting a feeling Royal Mail tracked would have been a better option.

Well passport delivered on DAY TNT txt message said, no timescale ever mentioned and their website not updated, young lad in proverbial white van parked 2 doors down just went upto our door and posted it, no knock or bell ring. Don't waste your money paying extra for your passport going by courier. Not tracked so standard post Royal Mail is more than capable of doing this sort of delivery and passport office doesn't charge extra, save yourself £5!!!
