Absolutely perfect.
Ordered 2 items for my children to give them on my wedding day. They arrived extremely quickly and are great quality.
Even though there was an item missing on one of the necklaces it was corrected very quickly and I received really good communication. Will definitely be ordering again.

I have a few of the pebble pictures that I have received as gifts and love them so decided to buy some for my bridal party as gifts and they were so pleased with them.

Very happy with my recent purchase and the service received. The sales lady in the shop was extremely helpful and went over and above in her customer service.
I received a text the day before delivery as expected with a 3 hour time slot and then received a phone call from the driver when he was on his way.
They bought the sofa in and made sure it was all ok before leaving and took all the packaging away.
Would definitely recommend DFS for service and products. Love my new corner sofa.
