The humans are AWESOME - Website content needs improving
Matt on the phone just now was AWESOME! As has been every other human I've talked to at II.
But the reason I've had to talk to them is because, either it's not there or it's badly signposted, there is very little information to guide investment dealing dummies like myself about how the Regular Investment portal works, foreign currency dividends, what trading credits are for. How regular investments are traded or not based on balance, etc.
A dummies guide might save a load of calls to the contact centre.
