Pre purchase advice helpful. Ordered through website & then received a follow up call to arrange fitting. Fitter arrived on schedule at place of work. Fitted in 90 mins. Great app to observe drving performance/distance & vehicle location. Highly recommended.

I have used GTS over a number of years now & I can say with total confidence they always deliver promptly. The parts diagram downloadable off their website for the ride on mower I use is simple to use for ordering & very comprehensive. For Countax parts, I would go anywhere else.

Ordered Thursday evening, arrived Monday. Fast & reliable as per the many times I have used them.

GTS received my order for a Countax axle Weds 13th May. Order delivered Friday 15th May. Fast & prompt.

Ordered Monday AM, delivered Tuesday AM. Fast efficient service.

Have used this company many times & normally give 5*. On this occasion parts where missing. E mailed them on Thursday 16th April evening advising of missing parts. Received missing parts on Tuesday 21st April 9am. Cannot fault delivery speed of follow up delivery. A suggestion for improved customer experience.... Cannot fault your parts manual for identifying replacement parts, help in locating parts by e mail or prompt delivery or even your refund process. Where you could improve upon is responding by e mail when someone flags an missing parts issue up to you, by advising by return e mail when one can expect the parts to arrive. Appreciate COVID 19 issues however this is an area that I believe is simple to improve upon. All I want to know is, how much & delivery date.

Have used CTS several times now without issue.

From a customers order angle, I would like to see an option when ordering to indicate delivery drop off ‘without a signature required’ in a specific place on your property as opposed to having to e mail after you have placed the order requesting this option. This is more helpful for people who are at work during the day when deliveries are made.

Other than this my delivery was promptly delivered the next day of ordering. Fast & efficient as always.

Fast & efficient service as always. Ordered a engine to cutter deck drive belt Monday 7am, received 10am the following day.

The parts description info sheets are very comprehensive & easy to identify the product code/item description when ordering.
