I had an issue with my cleaning session and was invited to complete a survey within 24 hours- which I did. when I did not hear a response 3 weeks later - I completed it again only to be contacted via email and told id missed the deadline. I've been going around in circles trying to get in touch with Wecasa through their "contact us" page and getting nowhere! I paid £111 for a "deep clean" where the cleaner stole supplies, didnt clean properly and stripped paint off my wall! will never use this website again!
Edit:
After responding to my original email to them, they closed the conversation because I didn't respond within a day. The good thing is they've said I can reopen the conversation.
