I had an issue with my cleaning session…

I had an issue with my cleaning session and was invited to complete a survey within 24 hours- which I did. when I did not hear a response 3 weeks later - I completed it again only to be contacted via email and told id missed the deadline. I've been going around in circles trying to get in touch with Wecasa through their "contact us" page and getting nowhere! I paid £111 for a "deep clean" where the cleaner stole supplies, didnt clean properly and stripped paint off my wall! will never use this website again!

Edit:
After responding to my original email to them, they closed the conversation because I didn't respond within a day. The good thing is they've said I can reopen the conversation.

Brilliant

Jack Margetts has been brilliant. He has always had my best interest in mind when it comes to selecting posts to apply for. He checks in with me regularly and is a joy to communicate with as he is always easy to reach. He negotiated a higher hourly rate for me at my first post too.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

They gaslight you into thinking that you have security details set up when in actual fact - they seem to have quietly done it behind your back. I have not been able to complete any transactions because of this and all they can do is tell me I've forgotten my memorable word. Two people have told me it gets set up over the phone (I had never spoken to them on the phone), then one said it's actually set up during the application process and probably wasn't "communicated well". Then I finally got to speak to a human over the phone who said it may have been a mix up.

3 options: I got amnesia and couldn't remember the process. Someone set up this word while impersonating me, or this bank can't admit they f*cked up. Judging by these reviews...well. let's just say I'm closing my account.

Hi Zubaira, I'm sorry to hear you've decided to close your account. I can assure you we would never set up a security answer without the customer. Every answer we have registered for you would have been set up by you at some point, either during the application or over the phone. So if we have a memorable word registered on the account you would have chosen this at some point. If you can't remember a piece of security, our customer services can go through changing any answers with you. - Chris

The booking process is terrible

The booking process is terrible. I spent half a year thinking I had booked a room when they cancelled without them telling me. They didn't confirm my payment and didn't phone me to tell me it was missing.
