Really disappointed at this store. Not well organised overall.
Although plants looked healthy and well looked after, there wasn't a great variety and no real attempt to direct purchasers into what they should be buying now.
The upstairs clothes section only had coats, wellingtons it socks, as far as I could see. They used to have good quality, unusual designs of ladies' wear. I've bought several tops and blouses from there. On the past.
Ladies rest room. Although clean, Only a dribble off boiling hot water from any of the taps, only one of which had a proper top. One hand dryer out of order.
As tables had not been cleaned off we chose not to start for the planned morning coffee.

Fast efficient service.
Quality of clothes received very good.

Our first sailing on the St Malo. Navigation around the ship was confusing at first, not many staff around when boarding.
Our overall experience however was excellent. Clean comfortable cabin, efficient boarding on and off the ship.

I was asked to trial a use of interfacing from Pound a Metre fabrics.
I'm very pleased with it. A light weight one was just right for a tee shirt I was making and a heavier one excellent for a dress.
I've also bought a variety of fabric from them for different used and a couple of their "fabric" bundles. I've been pleased with the products I've received. Thank you.

Returned to the UK 10th August. Now day 2 and still not arrived.

We've just bought a used mobile home from Caravans in the Sun. It's an upgrade on the one bought from them on the same site in the Vendée 10 years ago.
We're very happy with our "new to us " mobile. The representative on site, Bill, has been brilliant, showing us around twice, answering my many queries patiently and communicating quickly and efficiently.
The actual purchase was dealt with by Melanie in the UK office. She was pleasant, helpful and extremely efficient.
Again, she answered my questions quickly and patiently!
I would be happy to recommend the company and the Vendée site, we've spent 10 years having many happy holidays here and hope to have many more.
