Ok but they never send you the bonus gift with purchase items. Otherwise good and fast.

Bought The Great Wave. The motif has been cropped, it doesn’t look good. Disappointed.

Edited 26/9: was offered a refund which was nice of them so I changed my review to a 4 reflecting that they handled my issue with the product very well!

Love these boxes so much! Every month we get to enjoy a new luxurious and super well curated selection, and the value is always great! 10/10 for me :)

Shipping was a bit slow but I did choose untracked shipping and the slowness was mostly due to Postnord being crappy as always. The pantyhose are super nice, so soft and comfy. I really love them! I wish there were also pantyhose in midnight blue and burgundy/wine colors, I would totally buy them :)

The cards are nice but their customer service is a joke and very dishonest. They charge import taxes on international packages that they don’t submit but instead keep for themselves so I had to pay double taxes. And just to top that off, they’re trying to lie their way out of it.

The products are amazing and they usually ship fast. I love that they almost always have offers for gifts with purchases as well.

These products are beautiful, very well formulated and so luxurious to use. Love Jamnatura!!

Wonderful products, speedy service - I can’t think of anything that is negative!

Bra köp, men de kunde skickat iväg sakerna snabbare. Priserna var bra också. En av sakerna jag köpte såg inte riktigt ut som på bilden - färgen på bilden var mörk turkos/aqua men min vara hade en mer kakigrön nyans - detta är iofs en keramikvara med färgvariationer men personligen tycker jag att det är rätt stor skillnad på färgen.

Great selection of products and fantastic customer service too (I give Hol 10/10!). I am a forever returning customer <3
