No communication

I ordered two pendants and only one came. A Lightopia rep told me that they could only send one because there is no stock available. Now I am left with a pendant I cannot use and it is a final sale (no returns). Very upset.

PAPER CHECK???? IT'S 2021!!!!!

My auto payment was taken out of my account twice which resulted in an overdraft charge and left my account very low. I asked for a refund of one of the charges and the person on the line said that I would be mailed a check that would arrive in 7-10 days. It took them minutes to deduct it from my account, but they can't put it back that way?!?!?!? IT'S 2021!!!! Why a paper check!?!?!?!?! NOT PLEASED!!!!!!!!
