Sales staff just not up to the job. After being invited to the launch a test drive was arranged for 3 days later in the new Volvo xc40 on 26th February. We had only been allocated a 30 minute slot for our test drive. We gave the sales person details of the model T5 we wished to purchase and extras required colour etc. He said he would check with his manager for price and delivery time and would contact us as soon as this was available. As of today 17/4/2018 we have not had any news from Johnsons Gloucester. If this is the way you get treated before you purchase a new car just imagine the trouble you would get after purchase if you get a problem.
