Special assistance booked - fantastic 5 star at check in and at the UK airport
However at Dalaman airport the rep at the airport advised us to walk through the first security and to proceed to the check in desk where we could get assistance - we explained it was impossible to walk and we needed assistance from the transfer we were told it would be a 45 minute wait - with no seats!!!!
We went through the first check and waited - it was very stressful for my father - we then waited around 10 minutes - still no seats. When assistance came with the wheelchair it was excellent
