We very recently had to make the extremely hard decision to have one of our dogs put to sleep. I amended our account with Butternutto reflect this & received a very caring note back.
This was followed a few days later by the most lovely bouquet of flowers & cats to say how sorry they were at our loss and were thinking of us and our remaining dog.
This truly goes above & beyond in terms of thought & empathy…can’t recommend Butternut Box highly enough for their levels of service.

Not impressed….placed my first order on 20th July with a despatch time of 3-5 working days & to date, have received no further communication as to when items will be shipped. Furthermore when attempting to find out anything further, receive an automated email response that it will take 2-3 working days to even respond!

Absolutely outstanding service as usual, always receive the best customer service from yourselves…like all your products, outstanding!

Absolutely love having made the switch to a SURI toothbrush. Our previous & very expensive model was needing to be charged every 24hrs & yet despite all the options, we only ever used the 1!

Hadn’t received an email from you re QR code & had to call Help line. Automated service sent incorrect code so meant had to call back & go through call steering which was frustrating before reaching actual person. He very quickly sorted the problem & opened the correct drawer for me remotely so very impressed with that!
