I received a tyre that had been damaged on the bead either in storage or transport. Although still a pain it was replaced very quickly with another one delivered next day and faulty item returned the day after. It did take two phone calls to get this to happen but overall I think the service was good and the phone was answered straight away, a miracle these days

I have ordered 2 different sofas online after viewing them in store. This was all very straightforward and I paid a 10% deposit. So far , so good. I then was emailed order details followed by review requests twice, which I thought was strange as they haven’t actually supplied anything yet. I ignored the review request. One sofa came in and one has weeks to go before delivery. DFS then called me to arrange delivery of one sofa but want me to pay for that and the biggest part of the second sofa even though they haven’t got it. I have said that I would happily pay for the delivered sofa in full, the delivery charge and 10% of the sofa on order but apparently this is against the DFS policy. I should mention that the person on the phone was very polite and helpful so not much he could do about it. I refused to pay 70-80% of a sofa that is over a month off delivery and now have to wait for both of them to come in. Now I think I can see why they ask for review before they do anything. Come on DFS - wake up !

I ordered a gate and fixings to be delivered and that’s what I got so no complaints. The gate is of a decent quality, everything was there, delivered on time and fitted the same day day by myself with no issues. I would use them again definitely

First time I had used ElectricalDirect but it was very easy, items delivered quickly and correct. All good

I have just fitted the weather defender door seal, the deeper one and it is a very good product. Strong and seals under the garage door perfectly. The bonding cartridge also worked well but you do need to weight the seal down whilst it dries. All in all more than happy and I would use it again for similar issues
