I ordered a fishing suit. so far it has been to warm to use the whole suit but it looks and feels good. A mistake was made with the postage. I payed for 24hr and it was sent 48 hr. I rang them about this and they sorted it out quickley. The customer service is excellent.
Received a email of them today saying that they are going to take a extra £213.34 out of my bank account for amendments to my policy. The reason they have given is because they have not received proof of NCD. When I log in to my account it clearly states that they have received the proof and that they have accepted it. I then told them I wanted to cancel the policy because I am not going to pay the extra and I was told that i would have to pay a cancellation fee and a admin fee totaling £100. I have told them I will charge them a fee if they do take the money out of my bank account maybe it will help them to sort themselves out If not it will more then cover the admin fee they want to charge me I would not recommend anyone to use this company they might be the cheapest but there customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I placed a order on the 29/11/20 with a delivery date of the 4 December. So I rang them to find out what has happened to my order. after being on the phone for a total of 2 hours I got to talk to there customer services. I was told that there systems are down so they can not find out any details regarding the order. since placing the order I have only received 1 email to say 1 out of the 3 items had been dispatched. when I follow the link to the royal mail it says they have not received the item yet. How can it be dispatched if it has not been received by the delivery firm?

Shocking customer service. I rang them at the start of December to order some LPG, after being on hold for 40 minutes I finally got to speak to someone. I asked why the price was so high and was told it's because I was out of contract. I was never told that the contract had finished and had been paying the higher price for over a year. I put a complaint in regarding this and was told that someone would ring me within 3 working days, 4 weeks later I have still not had a phone call. I also started a new contract with them (only because of how cheap it was going to be and it's fixed for 2 years) and put an order in at the same time. I am now down to 5% in the tank and my account says there is no planned delivery's.
Country wide LPG are a good example of how not to look after there customers. I have been having problems with them for the last 2 months. They are near impossible to get on the phone. Never reply to emails and if you do get to talk to any one they are no help what so ever. We ran out of gas in February I ordered gas on line and then tried to ring them the following day to see when they would be able to deliver it. After 5 attempts to ring them I finally got to talk to some one and was told that my account was on hold and I would have to increase my standing order to £250 or pay of the balance of £500 to get a delivery. I paid of the balance and was told that I would get a delivery with in 4 days. When it did not arrive I rang them and after 2 hour I got to talk to some one and was told that my account was still on hold Despite paying the bill. after I pointed this out to them I was told that my delivery would be made in 2 weeks time. I asked to speak to a manager and was told one would ring me and surprise surprise they did 4 weeks after I had asked to speak to one. He told me he would sort a new price out and email it to me and ring me the following week. I am still waiting for the email and the call back from him. I would not recommend them to anyone. If country wide do take the time to look at this please dont reply with your standard reply of emailing you on your new address as you do not reply to them. I will be cancelling the contract with you due to you not supplying the service that I am paying for
