If you need your products make sure you order 2 weeks in advance as I been waiting for seed for 8 days now and missed the best weather for seeding. They definitely dont do next day delivery and customer service never respond with a answer of what's happening.

A great deal on the products I got. 2 of the slate platters got damaged during delivery I emailed them at 9pm and had a email back by 9am saying replacements were on there way. Great customer service.

Ordered a table in October 2023 with delivery date on the purchase order stating 7 to 8 weeks. We were told at the time worst case scenario we will 100% have it before February 16th. Now expected delivery looks to be middle of March and has been pushed out twice already. If we knew the table would have taken this long we would have ordered something else or from somewhere else. Emailed the GM of the store as the phone is never answered with no response. More communication and updates on what went wrong instead of us chasing would help.

As I was booking for 3 couple's the women wanted to do a spa obviously instead which on the website offer it said golf can be swapped for spa which I took as they will then book slots or inform the hotel about spa requirements, but when I booked it they said I had do the spa separate and direct to the hotel. I went ahead and set the date and paid for it I then rang the hotel with my reservation number and all the spa slots were taken which is now very inconvenient. I feel this is something that should be improved on. I will most likely book everything direct with the hotel and golf club myself next time to avoid this as it has put a damper on our trip.
