About every 10 years a PMR system comes along which is a real game changer. Titan is now that PMR- it is just so well thought out!
If you feel trapped from delivering new services - or you are simply wishing you could leave work at a reasonable hour then you MUST consider Titan.
The piled high bench of baskets has vanished. We are 6 weeks into our "go fully live" period and we now are comfortable using it most of the time. We still encounter problems but the onboarding support is really good - they even have the patience to help an IT dinosaur like me!
I would definitely recommend Titan suggesting for a nice smooth transition;
1. have a brief overlap period with your existing PMR ( as suggested by Titan)( we had 3 weeks)
2. Make sure your kit is better than the minimum spec ( our new pc's are faster than our older, repurposed machines - which can be a little frustrating at times )
3. Identify a member of staff to be the Titan champion ( doesn't have to be a tech genius - should just have some basic intuition about using tech )

Purchased a Fellowes microshred shredder 12 days ago. It was fine to start with, but quickly developed a terrible squeal. After several applications of shredder oil I decided to return it as it sounds awful/noisy.
The local store refused a refund as it still works and shreds ok ( which tbh it does) . Really poor customer service. When looking at how to escalate I am disadvantaged as I dont have facebook or twitter. Won't be using Argos again...
