Just about to order my second lot of…

Just about to order my second lot of serum and I think that speaks for itself. I was sceptical but I have seen the difference the serum makes to the texture snd appearance of my skin and it really does work

Appalling Customer Care

Appalling Customer Care
A broken and insensitive communication system
This company only wants to secure bookings and your money
The insurance system supposedly underwriting unforeseen emergencies is not fit for purpose
I would willingly discuss all issues relating to the above concerns
Will our family ever holiday with Sykes again. Absolutely not

Thank you for feedback. We do have a process in place on how to deal with our customer complaints. Sykes are just the booking agency, we do have to rely on the owner for their response unfortunately. Rude staff with a very very bad attitude

Went to Harry fish bar in dunsville Doncaster rude arrogant staff who made no effort . Got the order wrong and then continued to be rude .... your product isn’t good enough to tolerate being treated like that .won’t be going back

???? Stealing ???

So, I was asked if I wanted a bag to put my purchases in . Yes I did and was told that would be 5p. After I left the shop it dawned on me 5p for a paper carrier bag.? I thought the charge was for plastic bags . I phoned the shop to clarify body shops position. After the assistant I spoke with in the phone had spoken with the manager I was told that the money went to the body shop foundation and to charity. They were unable to tell me what charity/charities snd seemed very flustered about the questions . I delved a little further into this “body shop foundation” to find it seems it doesn’t exist snd was dissolved in July 2017 ...., has anyone get any ideas on what happens to our 5p’s ????? I’m going to try to find out .
