Small issue of a slight mirror damaged in transport.
The Issue was immediately resolved by customer service via clear communication and personal emails as opposed to standard template Emails.
A replacement sent in return without any fuss.
Would recommend as a great online shopping experience as they have been throughout our various purchases.

Great communication...even on days around holidays ... we had an issue with delivery ..which was not Metal Birds fault ..yet they were already in the process of replacing when the original package was received. It had been delivered to the wrong address by courier. I was reassured all the way. Would recommend as a genuine company keen to look after customers. Thank you the product is very nice and appreciated in its surroundings.

I took the insurance with Perfect Pet last year as it was cheaper than another one I had for the 2 dogs, The one before had doubled without any claims for renewal!!
The premium was for two Italian Spinones under 5 years old £683.46 Not cheap in the scheme of things.
I received a renewal notice and thought it was a mistake when I read the renewal with no claims made, as being three times the amount £1936.02. The operator thought it to be a mistake and was going to get back to me... he did not!! I rung again and was told it is with the location ( In North Devon a village by the sea!! Not The BRONX!!). MY moans were politely listen to and not commented on, and remained hot air with no interest on the other side!! Effectively all these insurances have become financial institutions, securing large premiums for nothing and making sure you do not stay for a possible claim to negate what you have paid!! Even car insurance who would have more cause to increase due to where you might live offer no claims discounts... None would dare double or triple premiums!! Save the money!! DO NOT USE THESE PERFECT PET.
