Great when first bought S22 e cig

Great when first bought. s22 vape dies what it says on the tin. Until it doesn’t. Coils can be awkward to fit until you get it exactly right. Quite fragile and one of mine loses connection to the coil of you knock it over. This means taking it apart, getting liquid everywhere, cleaning the coil and the housing for it. Then it might all work or it might not. Just as you get that fixed, the top of the tank stops fitting in place and comes off easily leaking liquid everywhere. When it works it’s brilliant but there are many times when it’s disappointing.

Not heavy at all!!

I had read reviews saying this is a heavy machine. Not my experience at all. I can’t believe how much this picks up. I have 2 collies who moult ALL the time and this handles it brilliantly. My dogs haven’t been allowed in the living room because of the hair on the carpet that my Dyson just pushed around. This Shark gets it up with no effort at all. Love it,

Received a letter dated 25/6 stating…

Received a letter dated 25/6 stating that due to their error in not contacting me in 2013 about credit card payments they had calculated a refund to me of over £3k to be paid within 10 working days. I needed to do nothing, it would just be paid into my account. Having called to make sure the letter was genuine I sat back to wait. As this was a payment I didn’t expect I went ahead and made a couple of purchases on my credit card, assured in the knowledge I could pay off the balance very soon. Today is day 8 of 10 so I rang to see if they could tell me when it would appear in my account, anxious to pay off my credit card. I am now told (only because I rang) that a batch of these letters sent out (including mine) contain errors so people are working very hard in the background to send out new letters either this week or next (without any other communication to me, in fact I wouldn’t have known had I not called). Couldn’t tell me what the error was, whether this meant I was due more, less or no refund as promised. But did confirm that on receipt of the next letter I would have another 10 days (assuming no further error) before anything might be paid. I was offered an option to complain which I took. Bearing in mind they started this by writing to me, then discovered they’d made a mistake, I’ve been told the response time for my complaint is 8 weeks! I’ve been a customer since the days of National & Provincial and service has gone downhill so far it’s now below ground! If I didn’t have an overdraft that I’m in, I would have gone years ago. That’s my next step!! Disgusting to set expectations, decide they may be wrong, not tell anyone and then leave them hanging again. Shocking.

Excellent service and removed my old…

Excellent service and removed my old mattress which saved trying to get rid of it. The mattress itself, oh my word!! I expected a couple of sleepless night while I got used to a new mattress but this was not the case. It is SO comfortable! I sleep more soundly than I think I ever have and as I have arthritis I am used to not being able to get comfy. One of the best purchases I have ever made. Highly recommended.

Artur and Richard delivered and…

Artur and Richard delivered and assembled my wardrobe. They were brilliant. Polite, friendly, professional and very tidy! The pre arrival service was also excellent, I changed my order 3 days before delivery and it was changed instantly, with no fuss and a partial refund immediately. Delivery information was spot on and on time. Add to that the wardrobe itself is sturdy, looks good and looks to be of excellent quality so far! Will definitely use this company again

I downloaded the app and linked my…

I downloaded the app and linked my account then was bombarded with messages. Within 24 hours had messages to say Plum could no longer save for me (hadn’t saved anything) and messages every hour to say my account was no longer linked and plum could do nothing. After relinking my account several times, the last time it said I was not linked I didn’t bother and deleted the app. Woke up this morning to see £9.33 gone from my account to Plum, downloaded the app again to cancel and withdraw to see the withdrawal amount is £0 and can’t get the help/support function to work or find out how to cancel and get my money back

Flowers beautiful but no chocolates delivered. When I asked about them was told the advert states subject to availability. It doesn’t. Emailed back to say so then got the same email as I’d already been sent with “sorry you’re disappointed “ tagged onto the bottom. Then a paypal refund of £2. Missing the point completely. Not good customer service.
