Appalling company, nonexistent customer service. Drivers not delivering parcels at all or at beat to wrong address. Avoiding all business using evry.

Second time in a row card wasn’t delivered on time. On checkout says delivery next day but confirmation email says 1-2 days. Misleading. I ordered 4 days in advance just to be sure it will arrive.
Won’t be using them again.

I’ve been taking different supplements from British supplements. Great company. Pure supplements without fillers and potent as well. Not all of them work immediately, some take time to kick in.
Msm, silica and collagen worked almost immediately. Hard work, exercise and running take a toll on joints. Supplements helped with healing and pain surprisingly quickly. Definitely recommend. B12 from BS is Methylcobalamin and not cyanocobalamin which is not well absorbed by most of people. Lions mane and magnesium l threonate for brain health and as a notropic.
As they are not allowed write what each supplement is for ( big pharma looses profit on selling medicines with side affects)
You need to do your own research or look up in comments. My experience is that if you do have a question or a problem customer support team will reply and sort you out quickly.

Very informative, definitely learned a lot. Course was interesting and fun. Trainer was excellent. Presentation was well done.
