Went in to out local PCW to buy a new Windows 10 laptop and chose one. Sales member came over and said that they have 2 types, one pre-configured (£40 extra on top) or un-configured. To try to persuade us to pay the extra dosh he claimed it would otherwise take THREE DAYS to set up the new laptop BEFORE we could use it! UTTER TOSH! He then offered a load of extra options to which I replied no to. He responded rudely by asking us twice why we didn't want the after care option. Not a great experience.
