I learned not to pre-order a puzzle. My order was not filled on the date they said and I had to call and ask about my order 6 days after it was suppose to be sent. It was immediately sent, so it wasn't as though they didn't have the puzzle yet. Also the puzzle came down in price after I pre-ordered.

I love my puzzles. They got here REAL fast. The mailing box was in excellent condition. So for that I give you 5 stars. But both puzzle boxes were in damaged condition. Bent and torn boxes. So I took away a star. I keep all my JVH puzzles and like them to look nice.

I appreciate the emails alerting me about Jan Van Haasteren's new puzzles. I appreciate the fast service.

I don't have my puzzle yet so I can't review it.

Saturday, the day I wrote this, that evening, I see my puzzle did arrive in the US. I will change my review when I get my puzzle. I have never had any bad experiences with this website.

Love this website. I check it almost everyday for new puzzles. They mail your order right away and even though it is coming from "across the pond" it gets here pretty fast.

Very fast service. Good prices. And puzzles you can't find in the US. My advice, buy them when you see them because they sell fast and the puzzle won't be there when you come back to the site.
