The client service are amazing. They handled my case to my satisfaction. Unlike many other businesses they listen to the client and solve the issues to the client satisfaction!

The service is getting worse and worse. Wrong address is set on the package. I have trying to call them for 2 days. but they never pick up the phone.
On the chat they only responded after 2 days of waiting time by we cannot help. So basically I lost a package with valuable items and they jus do not care. Postnord is the worst.

I used their services for buying a house, and I found them extremely helpful and professional. Peter and Maria were very patient with all my questions and doubts, thoroughly explaining everything. They responded instantly whenever I needed assistance. Highly recommended!

got what I ordered fast delivery and good prices

order placed on the 22.12. after 2 days received a mail saying that the delivery is delayed. But is does not say until when...
I have send them 2 emails without answer. I have called after 3 weeks and they told me that one of the articles is missing : they could have send that and not just leave me waiting...
the 2 other articles they said are packed and will be sent in week : I waited and then nothing happen. I have called again and they said it is still being packed !
I have cancelled the order and got my money in 2 days and that is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.
I purchased from from this website before and it was much better.

A very bad experience!
If ther is a less than one star I will put it.
So anagent come to my house with a package and I was not there so he have a piece of paper with a number and the place where I should find my package.
I could not find it in that place. Call Postnord and they cannot find the track number because they never created one for my package.
after 2 days they said :
"we cannot find you package you should check with the sender"
Well the sender of course do not has any thing to do with that because he already send it why should I ask him ? they never replied to this question.
I asked them to check with the agent that has my package and guess what was the answer "the agent do not know" Is this a joke !!!!!!!!!
well he has my package he should know of course!!!!
They lost my package and they don't care!
0 level of responsibility and costumer service !!!!!!!
