Fantastic service

Fantastic service, everyone I spoke to were very lovely and knowledgeable can’t praise them enough. First time I’ve ever sold a house it was very easy, they talked me through everything. Would recommend in an instant. Nothing was too much trouble.
They always call you back very quickly.
Worth paying a little bit extra for such an excellent service.

So sad

So sad, staff over stretched, long wait for check in, bad decision on beefeater, struggling to cope with new restaurant, dreadful menu, cheap ingredients, poor service !!! I know it’s cheap but there are standards and I am sure people would be happy to pay more.
Still waiting for refund as checked out a day early on a flexible booking as so disappointed

Everything that has been said before DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. It doesn’t work and even though they say you can get a full refund they are lying!!!! Please please do not buy it.

Clearly do not want to speak to me, have emailed for contact details of MD or CEO twice and have been totally ignored.

Ongoing problem with a useless piece of kit since last July. Now in my garage collecting dust...........dreadful

Would be good to have been given a telephone number to ring to speak to a human

Ridiculous

I mistakenly bought a voucher for Xbox instead of a Smyths Toy Voucher for 60 pounds, the mistake was realised straight-away within seconds but they wouldn't reverse my transaction.
I was told to go away and contact Microsoft to get a refund - that's a joke I can't get hold of anyone and am left with a voucher I cannot use.

Dreadful dreadful customer service

Dreadful dreadful customer service, faulty product, they won’t accept my fridge is not working properly, 3 months old. Hard work. I am now expected to pack it up myself to send back !!!
They won’t refund as it’s over 30 days old. Disgraceful

UPDATE - contacted sales as requested and they send me a standard response saying to pack the fridge ourselves and arrange for it to be sent back. Meanwhile I am out of pocket with buying packaging as if it gets damaged I’m liable and I am without a fridge - AS I SAID BEFORE DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES - I am at a loss of what to do - no human to speak to either !!!!

Oh dear

Not much that I can say other than 'Oh dear' if you don't want to waste your time hanging on the phone for hours on end trying to speak to someone, try another insurance company. They ring you at weird times and leave you the wrong number to call back. So frustrating as I have other things to do, like try and work!!!

Ordered a product for £224.98 via…

Ordered a product for £224.98 via telephone as website wasn’t working. Product didn’t arrive. Chased up after 10 daysto find they hadn’t sent my product as colleague had input price of £224.90. So for 8p no one called me to inform me of their error, they couldn’t send me the product, I had to ask for a refund and re- order. I offered to pay the 8p to get product but they wouldn’t accept. I have asked for a refund but it still isn’t in my bank. What a joke, their loss !!!
