I found all of the communications to be clear, informative in a precise manner. The use of the Private Message service was very useful and saved having to post documents. Perhaps they could could lead new users towards that in a more friendly manner. Perhaps the interface needs to be a bit less official/intimidating.
Overall excellent service.

Extremely easy to setup and if you have a problem just use the chat button. I am across the world but Ryan was there in an instant with not only an answer but a quick video recording he made to show how the fix my request.
It has some good features and I found it better than similar products.

I am currently working on HTML/CSS and Javascript ES6.
I like the small chunks and then the homework. The Homework forces me to write something that a customer/client will ask in the future. If I was left alone to write "some HTML or Javascript" I would only write what I knew and was familiar with. The "homework" is an important feature. I have used HTML/CSS for many years, but bear in mind I only program to build my own website for my Bakery. I realise there is a need to use Javascript to improve my site and provide functions that do not exist with plain HTML.

Apart from the main purpose I like to program to exercise my brain and keep young. Maybe when I am too old for Baking I can still keep working doing some programming. I believe we have to continue working all our lives.
