Great choices of what you want to play. Not had a win yet but keep trying

cut my broadband off 4 days before bill was due rang and was told unless i paid bill that day they was no service even tho it was set up on direct debit spoke to manager and again they was clueless, rang again day after actually got through to one staff who knew what i meant but wasnt able to deal with it to put to the manager again who said unless i want an extension to pay for my services then it will remain off. Cancelled direct debit now due to this reason moved provided and complaint going in. Only been with you 3 months and this is a joke. Spent 2 hours over 2 days sorting this to get nowhere.
