I have recently placed an order with this company, Having read the comments in here I tried to contact the company through chat, phone and email. None of the options were successful. Checking with the carrier DPD, the status appears to be We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel. I am now very concerned and am letting others know my experience.

The items eventually arrived on 31st January, including an amendment which I had agreed to the original order as they were out of stock. However, the other items were not as ordered. Numerous interchanges have established that they did not have what I ordered in stock and were having problems in getting them. It has all gone quite now despite me offering them a solution.

Its is quite clear this company is selling items it does not have in stock.

My personal suggestion is avoid this company at all costs!!!

Ive been looking for the Ijoy tank for months. Not only did I find it here but the price excellent ad delivery time cannot be faulted

On 7th April I ordered some goods and chased them up a week or so later. Despite assurances from the seller, no items have arrived and my emails are being ignored. I may be unfortunate but will definitely not use this company again and will be contacting my bank....

Cant fault them on price or delivery timeline. My only criticism lies in delays when waiting for items that are currently out of stock to be made available. This has happened a couple of times and resulted in a time restricted credit being allowed...you are thereby forced into purchasing whats available within a finite timeline..
