Fantastic experience, cannot recommend Next Generation enough! The reason we went with them was that they were so credible, which is reflected in the work. We went from a tatty old block paved patio which was infected with weeds to a resin patio that’ll last decades.
Communication has been fantastic throughout. Well worth the cost!

We recently bought 2 Stressless sofas from Brentham’s, and would highly recommend the company. The prices were the best we found and Andy was a huge help - he really went the extra mile for us. We’re really happy with the product and the service!

Customer service is non-existant. No phone numbers. Live chat leaves you at number 1 in the queue without anyone taking the query.
I placed an order that I wanted next day delivery on (our dryer is broken) and I wasn't asked what level of delivery service I wanted. I now have no recourse to cancel and replace the order because they're impossible to get a hold of.

Really great experience from start to finish. We're both buying and selling through Purple Bricks.
The contact from our agent (Jon Hardwick) has been fantastic - we've been informed every step of the way. Of particular note was how he took us through our options when putting our house on the market - he was very knowledgeable about the local area and the decisions made were based on detailed analysis of the current market.
The fees are low too, which is great!
