Review of Patisserie Valerie
When the order arrived the cake looked dead. Nothing like in the pictures on website. We had to spend hours redecorating it to make it look pretty. I would have loved to share before and after photos.
Customer service was pretty appalling as well.Not quite happy about that either.
But…. The cake was moist, flavoursome and delicious. Hence the 4*.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical about ordering from this site after reading the negative reviews but, I am so glad I did order. The dress was for my daughters prom. The dress was a 100% true likeness of what was on the website. Fit was good and looked great on my daughter. Extremely happy with the delivery time as well. Overall I would highly recommend this site.

Appalling service.Late to pick up and drop off. poor vehicle which we though was going to breakdown on the way to the airport.
Extremely rude girls at the airport welcoming clients started shouting when asked how long the wait was going to be. The girls need to be trained on how to speak to customers

I cannot begin to express my disappointment and frustration in the way this company takes funding from trainees and ignores all their call and communications let alone provide support. I have two trainee nurses who have paid towards the course but 18 months on, still waiting for help and support. the telephone left online is for a message leaving service which gets you nowhere. I am soon to take legal action against this company.

Oh what a brilliant way to lose £500. Try the 14 day free trial and have difficulty in cancelling after the term so we can keep your money. So I lost my money… ok.. lets try and use the app. Hmm. Loads of waffle and BS about everytopic which ends in… pay another £££ to get the actual information. What a waste of time and money. Conartists art work here guys. Please dont fall for it.

I was at the store in Truro last week and received the most amazing customer care ever. The ladies in the store were so happy to help and created such a great relaxing atmosphere to the place. My 15 year old daughter cant stop talking about how sweet they were. To actually leave an impression like that in a 15 yr old by a kitchen store is absolutely brilliant. I wish we could see this sort of a welcome everywhere we go. Well done team.

what a terrible service. gave me a 2 hr slot for delivery and turned up 4 hrs later when I wasn't in and decides to be rude.Rearranged delivery and again very rude behavior. unacceptable and never want to deal with them ever again

Review of Furniture At Work®
Not very happy with them. I ordered a few lockers for the business and when they got delivered the delivery man was reluctant to bring it into the building let alone bring it upstairs, its still sitting by the front door when he decided to leave it. I am now in the process of finding someone to help carry them upstairs bearing in mind I will have to pay them .If only they had mentioned that they would only deliver it to the road outside me I probably would have looked for another company who was more professional. NOT HAPPY AT ALL> VERY POOR SERVICE.
