Honeywell air cooler

Bought a honeywell air cooler and it was sent to the wrong address i contacted customer service and they sent another one and it arrived late unboxed it plugged it in wow what a noise the fan was howling.
Contacted customer service again and agreed to send it back for a refund which was fine and the sent me a free return details for Evri.
I filled out all the details and got it ready for collection only to get another message from customer services 6 hours later saying when they received the fan back if they thought their was nothing wrong with it and it should not have been returned they were going to charge me £25+vat.
What a rip off.
I now know why they get a poor rating on trustpilot.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Greased lightning bug buster does what…

Greased lightning bug buster does what it says it is a great product.
What let’s it down is the spray bottle if you hold it horizontally the bottle buckles, Everybody’s trying to make things cheaper but let’s not spoil the brand name because of the bottle that’s not fit for purpose.

We buy a fair bit of stuff from Tesco…

We buy a fair bit of stuff from Tesco including their meal deal which has always been £12 today it is £15 wow what an increase 25% added on well how greedy are you.
We will no longer be buying your meal deal and I’m sure a lot more people won’t be buying it either.
We buy a lot from m&s and from now on we will be buying their meal deal and a lot more.

SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A GTECH

Bought a new Shark Stratos IZ400 UKT about six months ago and it is used once a day as we have three small dogs.
Now the joint on the flexology shaft has broken after 26 weeks, I telephoned Shark and spoke to a very nice helpful lady,
and explained what had happened.
She then told me that it was classed as a wearing part, But on this occasion she would replace it F.O.C., But if it happened again i would have to pay for it.
I thought when a company offers a five year warranty it would cover everything.
A product at approx £400 should last longer than 6 months.
I have bought two Shark vacuums over the past few years but i certainly won't be buying another one.
Sorry to say that this product lacks quality.
If you are looking for a new vacuum cleaner folks PLEASE do your homework.
Next time i will be buying a GTECH

Too expensive

Shopping at Glenrothes branch today, Can’t believe how expensive they are becoming, Is the food getting more expensive or m&s just profiteering.
I think probably the latter.
Told the girl on the checkout about ridiculous prices and she just smiled.
Didn’t buy much today off to Aldi now for for a fair priced shopping.

GREEDY MONEY GRABBING

I visited M&S in perth to buy all my christmas and new year food, Walking round i could not believe the prices you were charging absolutely ridiculous.
Greedy just doesn't quite say it.
It's common knowledge that M&S foodhall is never cheap. Seems at this time of year you really are cashing in.
Well this is another customer you have lost i went to tesco and saved myself about 50% on your prices.
Seems nowadays you have more bad reviews than good.

Excellent company

I have four Keter storage boxes and are excellent for outdoor storage.
I opened one of them the other day and the the lid would not stay in the open position, The gas struts had lost there pressure so i phoned Keter to buy two new ones.
When i phoned Keter was told by a very helpful chap that he would send me two free of charge.
They arrived very promptly and is now working fine.
Excellent company to deal with.

MONEY GRABBING TESCO SHOPPERS BEWARE

Don"t really shop in tesco that much as they are always much more expensive than other supermarkets, However went in the other day to pick up a few items on the way home, Went to the checkout to pay for my items and the girl asked me if i wanted to round up my bill to the nearest pound which was almost £1, I asked why and she replied it is tesco collecting for charity.
If i want to give to charity i will decide when and where.
It is disgusting that TESCO are asking shoppers for money, Many of them can hardly make ends meet and struggle to put food on the table.
Tesco should be funding this project to give to charities not the customer.
Tesco can afford it they have more money than we do.

MONEY GRABBERS

Visited Tesco Cupar today 01/04/2020 for some shopping, Went to pick up my usual items only to find huge price increases, ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING but not surprised knowing how greedy Tesco are.
Just cashing in during these trying times.
So i just picked up the bare essentials and went to Lidl who are a lot more honest.
BEWARE Tesco one day all will be back to normal and you will be short of a lot of what used to be loyal customers.
People don't forget.
Like a lot of others i won't be back.

I was in the cupar store this week and found that a lot of the freezers were empty, Not just empty but a lot of previously burst bags contents covered the bottom of the freezers, Absolutely terrible when were the freezers last cleaned ???????

POOR PRICING CONTROL ????

Wanted a compact sound bar and saw that sony made the ideal size i needed it was an HT-SF200.
Checked online and currys were £149.00 and if i ordered it online i was getting another 10% off but i chose to buy from the store as i did not trust currys website after it had been scammed recently.
Went into the store and spoke to the sales person after i had located the soundbar, It was priced at £199.00, I told him that it was only £149 advertised online to which he replied OH it has come down in price recently someone has not changed the price yet, I checked only to find that the price had been reduced 15 day prior.
I believe if i had not checked online before going to the store i would have been charged £199.

Readers beware check prices before going to the store.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Bought slippers from this company and only wore them at night for one week and the sole become detached from the slipper at the front and both sides of both slippers.
I contacted shoezone who asked for pics and proof of purchase, I sent them both.
I got a very swift reply saying that they could not see any fault due to workmanship or materials.
It was quite obvious that there was not enough adhesive applied at the time of manufacture.
They then told me to send them back to head office for inspection at cost to myself and if they could find a fault something would be done and get my postage back, But looking at hundreds of other reviews on trustpilot there was little chance of that happening.
so they went in the bin beside the rest of the rubbish.
Very poor quality products, I will never buy from this company ever again.
READERS BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I have an LG washing machine all singing and dancing cost £1200 two years ago, I registered it online which then gave me five years warranty or so i thought.
I noticed the other day the door was showing signs of deterioration so i phoned LG customer services who took my details and said someone would call me back (WRONG) i had to call them back a week later, I spoke to a woman who told me that it was only cosmetic and that my warranty was only two years i then told her that it was five years which she denied.
I then asked to talk to her manager who was supposedly busy and was going to call back (STILL WAITING).
WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
I will never buy another LG product ever again.
NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!

Cold store

I don't use your store in cupar ver often because it is usually untidy and you are never consistent with what stock you sell, But i did visit on Friday 16th February, Walked in the door and could not believe how cold it was (it was warmer outside) only to be told by a member of staff that the heating was off.
I about turned and went to LIDL it was nice and warm and pleasure to shop in, So i am sorry aldi i won't be back.
