Not the best experience
On the face of it this company were good. Reasonable cost for a policy. Then I got asked for a copy of my V5C. Never been asked for this. Due to the date on the V5C being slightly different (by about a week) I was charged an unreasonable sum to amend my policy. The date on the V5C was when it was sent, not actually when I bought the car. 
I changed my vehicle and when at the garage collecting it I tried to amend my policy….they couldn’t provide me cover for my new car and therefor I had to cancel only to be told I would need to pay a £73 cancellation fee. 
I have tried to have this refunded as I feel that being charged because they couldn’t provide a service was unfair but only to be told I won’t be getting a refund, despite the agent agreeing with me that it was unfair. 
Not the best customer service.
