Exactly the same as everybody else.

Really happy with Fab's work, from survey to completion. We only needed one window replacing, but the work was carried out efficiently and carefully. The guys clearly know what they're doing, and they were polite and tidy. Happy to recommend!

This hasn't been a good experience for us, even leading up to our completion when we were invited, even on the last day, to change the day of completion due to the conveyancer being 'unable' to contact other parties, even though all parties had agreed a completion date, and the removal people were due to move us in the next 10 minutes. Only when further pressure was put on them via our Estate Agents, we're they spurred to make more effort. Truly an anxious day.

I like the software. It's easy to navigate, and works.

What I don't like it that there's no way to access your account throught the website. I found myself auto-renewing through Paypal without any notification that they were going to do it. And when I went on the site, there is no Log-In to manage your account.

Fair play to Driverfix, I opened a chat window, and within 10 minutes my query was resolved, but I feel that we ought to be given a little more control.

It's absolutely clear that, in a great many of the deals, the 'discounts' are not discounts.

For example, I was looking at a drone. 'Before' price, which was crossed out, was £1400. Wish price was £25. However, the drone, on Amazon, was about £60. Never been at any other, and certainly nowhere near a grand or more.

With the best will in the world, a drone which was selling for £60 on Amazon has NEVER BEEN, or NEVER COULD BE worth £1540 more anywhere in the world.

I wrote to Wish questioning this, and got some drivel back about prices being different on different sites. They may well be, Wish, but not such a difference.

Combined with the negative feedback about not receiving items, money going missing, and terrible customer support, this is clearly a site where, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is ..." defines it. Shop at your peril.

This was just a delivery, so they were in and out in 5 minutes. Unpacking was our job, as we hadn't paid for a set-up. Not the most cheery of blokes!
